What Is HeartCode® PALS?

HeartCode® PALS is the AHA's blended learning format for Pediatric Advanced Life Support certification. The online module covers pediatric assessment, recognition of life-threatening conditions, and PALS algorithms using adaptive learning and case-based simulation.

After completing the online course, you'll come to Midwest CPR Center for your hands-on skills check — practiced with manikins and reviewed by our experienced instructor.

Buy HeartCode® PALS on the AHA website and complete the self-paced online learning, including cognitive assessments and simulated scenarios.

Book Your Skills Session

Contact Midwest CPR Center to schedule your hands-on skills check in Oak Forest, IL.

Complete Hands-On Skills Check

Demonstrate your PALS skills on pediatric manikins with instructor coaching and feedback.

Receive Your AHA PALS Card

Successfully complete your skills check and receive your 2-year AHA PALS Provider certification.
