1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Midwest CPR Center website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website.

2. Course Registration & Payment

Registration for courses is handled through our online booking platform. Full payment is required at the time of registration. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to low enrollment or other circumstances, and affected students will be notified promptly and offered alternative dates or a full refund.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

If you need to cancel your registration, please contact us at least 48 hours before your scheduled class for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance may not be eligible for a refund but may be rescheduled at our discretion. No-shows are not eligible for refunds.

4. Certification Requirements

AHA certifications are issued only upon successful completion of all required skills and cognitive assessments. Midwest CPR Center follows all American Heart Association guidelines and cannot guarantee certification to students who do not meet the required competencies.

5. Limitation of Liability

Midwest CPR Center provides CPR and life support training for educational purposes. We are not liable for outcomes in real-life emergency situations. Our courses are designed to meet AHA standards, but individual performance in an emergency may vary.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, and course materials, is the property of Midwest CPR Center or its licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission.

7. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
